Tier 2 Technical support including on-site service calls is performed during normal office hours. After hours Tier 1 phone support is provided on the following schedule:
Monday - Sunday, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
You may submit a technical support issue by logging into your account in the Customer Hub or sending an email directly to support@aligntecinc.net. You may also call the office and we will handle your request according to the technical support schedule.
