OW3a Outage (Resolved)

Affecting Server - OW03a | Priority - Critical

I noticed around 330am this morning that OW3a was offline. OW3a did reboot this morning from AC2. I tried to power cycle the port and the switch many times. No effect. Went on site and replaced the rocket radio for OW3a. New radio powered up and clients came back online. I then noticed that port 2 on the RB260GSP was not reporting "powered on" or the electrical current in the web interface. I then noticed that the red power light was not on for port 2 even though web interface was set to "on". I moved the cable for OW3a to port 5 and set interface to "on". Port 5 functions normally. Will need to schedule a replacement for the RB260GSP and get an RMA if applicable.
