Installation is free. An equipment deposit of $100 is reserved. Deposits are refundable upon receipt of any outstanding balance and/or equipment when terminating service. Any balance remaining at the notice of termination, including the equipment cost, will be deducted from the refund.
We are happy to remove charges for AlignTec equipment from your account once any inside items have been returned to our office and we have been granted permission to and have collected any outside equipment - or - in the case of service suspension, service fees have been paid and service(s) reactivated.
All installations include:
1.) Labor to install wireless equipment on your home
2.) Outdoor cat5 cable run to your main computer location
3.) Ensuring your computer can get online
Additional services such as a managed router entail extra fees.
As well, some non-standard installations may require special engineering and supplementary fees would apply. These costs will be discussed upfront and are not typical.
