Weather

We are often asked if weather affects our wireless service. The answer to that question is generally no.  The frequencies we use are characteristically unaffected by snow or rain. In many cases our signals actually improve in a rain or snow storm due to reflections. However, large amounts of ice buildup on the antenna or movement of the antenna caused by snow falling from the roof may affect signals. We select the position of our antenna install to minimize these issues.
