Internet Cancellation Procedure

Service cancellations require planning and coordination, so we ask that you please contact us at least a week prior to your departure to make arrangements.

Following are the necessary steps in canceling service whether you wish to move, transfer or terminate service.

Move internet service to a new address:
A service move will require a new installation in most cases. The cost of the installation is discounted for existing customers.
1. Confirm date of existing service cancellation
2. Remit payment for existing service through cancellation date
3. Schedule a site survey of new address to determine feasibility for internet service
4. Schedule un-installation of the existing service equipment
5. Sign new internet service application
6. Schedule service move (new installation)

Terminate internet service:
1. Confirm date of existing service cancellation
2. Remit payment for existing service through cancellation date
3. Schedule un-installation of the existing service equipment

Transfer internet service to a new occupant/owner:
Transfering internet service(s) to another occupant/owner requires that the new occupant/owner complete a service application and provide a $50 deposit.
